The Melt blown fabric making machine is based on synthetic polymer as raw material, which is directly meshed after melt spinning to form a melt blown non-woven cloth with unique performance. it is widely used in mask filter material, heat preservation filling material, medical sanitary material,wiping material etc.
Suitable raw material for the machine is PP polypropylene,The roller of the meltblown machine/meltblown nonwoven fabric machine/meltblown produce line/meltblown nonwoven machines/meltblown making machine are different type, width of spinneret head have 400mm and 600mm. The machine can make the width of cloth is 400mm,600mm and 1600mm. The machine can make civil melt blown fabric and medical melt blown fabric.
