How to properly debug the newly purchased 3D automatic wire bending machine?

1. Visual inspection before power-on

   Open the equipment electric control box, check the speed of the relay, contactor, servo motor, spindle motor speed control unit socket, etc. If there is looseness, it should be locked immediately.

2, 3D wire bending machine total voltage is connected

    Turn on the total power supply of the equipment, check the electric box, and the steering of the electrical box of the equipment is correct and lubricated. If there is any abnormality, it should be immediately shut down for maintenance. No abnormality can be continued;

 3. Observe whether the site is dry and ventilated before installing the equipment. This can also extend the service life of the equipment;

  4. Before starting the operation, first use the manual mode for debugging. After the product structure is debugged, the CNC computer control is adjusted to automatic.
