This chain link fence machine is specially used for manufacturing chain link fences of different sizes. The wires are fed from the wire pay-off and pass through the mould where the DIAMOND SIZE takes place. After passing through the mould, the diamond pattern wire is automatically thrown on the winding shaft in the switching process. Once the switching is complete,the woven is automatically glided down to enable the next switch to take place.
The chain link is automatically wound to form rolls when the set length is manufactured.
The machine is controlled by PLC (MIT)automatic controller, so only one person is needed to operate it.
One side or both sides of the end of mesh hole is Knuckled and twisted,both knuckled,both twisted, even both open burrs in the two sides.
The wire pay-off is installed with automatic stopping device,when the wire is twisted together or disorderly,the machine will stop automatically,thus it will save the materials waste.
Surely,the machine is also installed with one remote control,when the machine will work not usually,you can control this machine to stop by this remote control.
