1. The large gear adopts pearlescent ductile iron (QT600-3), and after heat treatment, its hardness is: HB280-320. The gear adopts 40Cr forging billet, and it is quenched and tempered and the tooth surface is high (medium) frequency quenched. The hardness reaches HRC52-55. The shafts are made of 45 # or 40Cr steel and have undergone quenching and tempering, and their comprehensive performance is high. Both the wire feeding and straightening wheels are made of high-quality alloy steel, and after vacuum heat treatment, the hardness reaches HRC58-62, which has high strength and good wear resistance.
